Creating a custom conference introduction adds to the professionalism of your conference call.
To create a custom prompt:

• Dial in to your conference using your host passcode.
• Press *32.
• Follow the prompts.

If you have not previously recorded a conferencing introduction, after pressing *32 you will hear the following:
"Press 1 to record your custom prompt or press star (*) to return to the conference."

If you have previously recorded a conferencing introduction, after pressing *32 you will hear the following:
"Press 1 to record your custom prompt.
Press 2 to delete your custom prompt.
Press 3 to listen to your custom prompt, or press star (*) to return to your conference."

If you press star (*), you will hear the following:
"You will now rejoin the conference."

After pressing 1, you will hear the following:
"Please wait for the tone, then say your custom prompt and press the pound (#) sign."

After pressing the pound (#) sign, you will hear the following:
"You recorded _________ as your custom prompt.
Press 1 to record your custom prompt.
Press 2 to delete your custom prompt.
Press 3 to listen to your custom prompt, or press star (*) to return to your conference."

After pressing 2, you will hear the following:
"Your custom prompt is now disabled. You will now rejoin the conference."

After pressing 3, you will hear the following:
"You recorded _________ as your custom prompt.
Press 1 to record your custom prompt.
Press 2 to delete your custom prompt.
Press 3 to listen to your custom prompt, or press star (*) to return to your conference."

Remember to press *0 if you can’t resolve your situation while conferencing
